The BUMP-IT™ reduces the distance between the forearms and assists in exposing the flat hitting surface of the forearms, through elastic tension. The elastic tension simultaneously applies both a rotational force and a binding force to the hitters forearms. The Velcro® attachment allows a hitter to adjust both the rotational force and the binding force, while allowing both arms, if necessary, to freely separate Velcro® Fastener for safety pruposes. It forces the two arms to stay together to ensure an even smooth pass. Since the arms are together, when passing a side pass, the player is forced to use both arms instead of one. Also when the ball is just out of reach for a normal pass, the player is forced to bend their knees in order to get under the ball. With continual practice the player automaticlly knows how to pass correctly because of the muscle memory created by the BUMP-IT™. |
