Shipping and/or Freight Charges are included in all pricing (unless FOB), provided that we pick the shipping carrier (usually UPS, USPS). If you request a specific shipping carrier, then you will be charged shipping and/or freight charges. This applies only in the contiguous U.S. 48 states and to remote truck freight areas within these 48 states. Inside delivery charges are added to your bill. Hawaii and Alaska orders pay all shipping charges.
ALL ORDERS UNDER $75.00 WILL BE CHARGED A MINIMUM ORDER CHARGE OF $7.50. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Other U.S. territories or international countries pay all freight charges to their country. Minimum international order is $300.00 US. We do not accept credit cards as a method of payment on international orders. You will need to wire the funds to KBA. SERVICE: Most orders are shipped the day we receive them. PRICING: Prices are subject to change without notice. RETURNS: Return authorization must be issued before any merchandise can be returned. No returns or exchanges for other merchandise after 30 days. Any returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. UNDERSTANDING BULK PRICING: Discounts for purchasing in quantity are available on many of our items. You might see an item that says: $25, 2/$44, 6/$120 Let's say you want to purchase 5 of this item. The shopping cart will automatically figure the price at checkout, to reflect the 2/$44 price break so you WOULD get the discounted rate of $22 for each item.
